Canadian Fertilizer Exports and U.S. Section 338 Tariffs: 2026 Status & Outlook
A 50% Section 338 tariff took effect on 22 August 2026 for specified Canadian goods. Potash is expressly excluded, while urea, MAP and UAN are not listed in the current annexes.
