I
Who We Are

A trading house, not a broker

Twenty Arms is a privately held commodity trading company registered in Canada and headquartered in Ontario. We are not a broker introduction service and we do not work on retainer. We bring order to complex cross-border transactions, aligning counterparties on product specifications, inspection requirements, logistics, banking procedures, and documentary obligations so that physical commodities can move with clarity from point of supply to point of delivery.

Our trading activity spans the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We operate across six core commodity sectors, with a focus on physical supply, direct sourcing, documentary control, and transaction structures that give counterparties confidence before product moves.

Energy Crude oil, refined petroleum products, and LNG
Fertilizers Urea, DAP, MAP, NPK, MOP, SOP, and granular sulfur
Agri Commodities Sugar, pulses, and grains
Proteins Frozen chicken and frozen beef, all commercial cuts
Metals and Minerals Iron ore, copper, graphite, and industrial minerals
Sri Lankan Exports Spices, heirloom rice, and coconut products

Origin Partnerships

Working directly with Sri Lanka's farming communities

A distinct part of the Twenty Arms business is our origin partnership model in Sri Lanka. We work directly with smallholder farming communities across the island to source and supply organically grown spices, heritage rice, and coconut products to institutional buyers and food-grade importers worldwide.

Ceylon Cinnamon Black Pepper Heirloom Rice Virgin Coconut Oil Desiccated Coconut MCT Oil

Our supply relationships are built at the farm level. Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, and traditional heirloom rice varieties are grown by smallholder families using cultivation methods passed across generations, without synthetic inputs, and harvested at origin under close quality supervision.

We are directly involved in the supply chain from farm to loadport, ensuring traceability, quality consistency, and fair terms for the communities we work with. The result is a certified, traceable product meeting the requirements of specialty food importers, organic distributors, and private-label buyers across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Full detail on our Sri Lankan product range is on the Sri Lankan Exports page.

IV
How We Operate

Four principles, every transaction

Execution Deals close because documentation and sequencing are right. We build every transaction around a clear documentary framework: NCNDA, SPA, IMFPA, independent inspection, and payment against verified shipping documents. The paper closes because we make it close.
Compliance Banking discipline, verified counterparties, clean paper trails. We screen every counterparty before contract execution. We do not transact with sanctioned jurisdictions or restricted parties. OFAC, UN, EU, and HMT compliance is standard across all transactions.
Reliability Consistent delivery on commercial commitments. We do not advance-fee. We do not issue blocking instruments as a condition of supply. We do not call payment before inspection is signed off. The sequence we publish is the sequence we follow.
Reach Active across the CIS, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Supply chains in commodity markets cross multiple jurisdictions. We maintain active counterparty relationships and deal experience across the regions where our clients source and deliver.

V
