Selected origin products with a clearly documented principal role.
Twenty Arms may contract as principal only for selected Sri Lankan-origin products and only where that capacity is expressly stated in the governing contract.
Capacity
Principal status is never implied.
When Twenty Arms is the contractual seller, the transaction documents identify Twenty Arms as principal and specify the product, grade, quantity, packing, delivery basis, title and risk transfer, inspection, payment obligations and remedies.
Where those documents do not expressly identify Twenty Arms as principal, Twenty Arms acts only as an intermediary and does not own the goods or receive cargo proceeds.
Product focus
Cinnamon, pepper, rice and coconut products.
Potential products include Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, specified or heirloom rice, virgin coconut oil, desiccated coconut and MCT oil. Availability, origin, specification, certification, traceability, export documentation and delivery terms are confirmed for each transaction. Verification and performance
Counterparty, product and route controls are applied in proportion to the transaction. Independent inspection, testing, logistics, insurance and banking providers may be used where agreed, but their appointment does not constitute a guarantee by Twenty Arms of an independent party's performance.
Contract first
Only a duly executed definitive agreement creates an obligation to sell or buy. Website statements, discussions, indicative pricing and preliminary documents remain subject to verification, availability and contract.
