Website Terms of Use

1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by Twenty Arms Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act. These terms govern use of the website and its public information. They do not govern a commodity transaction, engagement or introduction, each of which is subject only to its applicable written agreement.

2. General information; no offer

Website content is provided for general information. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, a quotation, mandate confirmation, representation of inventory, commitment to supply, or assurance that a transaction will proceed. Product, price, quantity, origin, availability, delivery and payment terms become binding only under an agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

3. Capacity and authority

Twenty Arms acts only in the capacity stated in the applicable written agreement. Twenty Arms may act as principal only for selected Sri Lankan-origin products where that role is expressly stated in the governing contract. For all other transactions, Twenty Arms acts solely as an intermediary: the buyer and seller contract and settle directly, and Twenty Arms does not take title to, possession of or payment for the goods. Any fee payable to Twenty Arms is documented separately with the party responsible for payment. Use of the website, submission of an enquiry or exchange of preliminary information does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, employment or other special relationship. No person may represent that they can bind Twenty Arms without written authority from the Company.

4. No professional advice or reliance

Website content is not legal, tax, sanctions, customs, financial, investment, technical or other professional advice. Users are responsible for their own commercial and legal diligence and should obtain independent advice appropriate to the transaction and jurisdictions involved.

5. Accuracy and availability

Twenty Arms aims to keep public information current but does not warrant that all content is complete, accurate or continuously available. Commodity, market and regulatory information may change. Twenty Arms may update or withdraw website content without notice.

6. Enquiries and confidential information

Do not submit passports, government identification, bank statements, account details, proof of funds, confidential commercial documents or other sensitive information through the public enquiry form or ordinary email. An enquiry is not accepted as confidential unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing. Additional diligence information may be requested through an approved process after preliminary qualification.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Website text, graphics, logos, photographs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Twenty Arms and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may be viewed and downloaded for internal evaluation of Twenty Arms. It may not be republished, altered, represented as another person’s content, or used to imply endorsement or authority without written permission.

8. Prohibited use

The website may not be used unlawfully; to impersonate Twenty Arms or another person; to submit false or misleading information; to interfere with website security or operation; to distribute malicious code; or to collect information in a manner that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

9. Third-party content, relationships and links

Third-party names, links or resources are provided for convenience or context. References to Lakewood Holdings Ltd., Nova Global Ventures or another commercial relationship do not by themselves create agency, authority to bind, a legal partnership, exclusivity, endorsement or a guarantee of performance. Unless expressly stated in a current written agreement, they do not constitute endorsement, partnership, agency or authority. Twenty Arms is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Twenty Arms is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on non-binding website content, inability to access the website, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits obligations expressly assumed in a signed agreement.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

12. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without determining the law that governs any separate transaction or agreement.

13. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms may be sent to askus@twentyarms.com. Twenty Arms may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Effective date: 29 August 2026.
